Gunnar and I aren't really into Valetines day. Probably becuase we both fall into the "it is a holiday made up by the card company" camp. Also, becuase if falls in the third week of February, we are usually partied out and towards the bottom part of the budget for the month from our anniversary and Grace's birthday. So we don't tend to do a lot. We did however have a church thing the night before, which was fun.
So Valentines day, I had a meeting with some girls from church so Gunnar and the girls had a daddy daughter date. I think they went shoe shopping. I took a few pictures of them before they left.
Oh and Grace had her toast in the shape of a heart. What says festive like that? Thankfully, when you are 5, the little things are big things.
