Thursday was a very special day for us, as Gunnar was blessed to officiate the wedding of one of his very best friends, Dave. If you regularly read this blog, you might remember that Dave lived in a motor home in our front yard for a while this summer. Kacey and I have been good friends since she moved to San Diego almost three years ago. Her girls have a very special place in my heart, and are good friends of Grace.
I would like to say that God used us to bring them together, as pretty much Gunnar and I set them up with each other. I have always wanted to be a Yente, pretty much since I first saw fiddler on the roof, years ago. So this really was a dream come true. :) Plus, they are both good friends and I am happy for them to have found someone to spend the rest of their lives with. Their wedding was a private small ceremony, with just their immediate families. Gunnar and I were excited to have "jobs" to do, so that we could be there. :)
I was the official event photographer, which was lots of fun. There are a lot of pictures of Kacey's girls, as they are too cute! :) Here are some of my favorite pictures from their special day.

Grace, Riley and Lilah are all within 5 months of each other (Grace being the oldest) and the three of them looked so cute together! Lilah's big sister is such a big help, she keeps them all in line. 
After our time in the sun, we were ready to head to the shade to look at the animals. It was nice to get a chance to get out of the heat! It sure has not been feeling like fall yet. :)
